Officine Meccaniche of Ponte Nossa intends to pursue quality in the widest way. Quality certainly means guarantee Customer satisfaction with a product that meets the requirements needed, reliable, suitable for use, but above all it means an adequate support at all company levels before and after sales, which anticipates the most demanding expectations not only in terms of quality but also of safety, timeliness, punctuality, flexibility, competitiveness and respect for the environment.
Quality is intended as challenge towards “zero risk” in the product, in the processes, in the materials used and in the environment. Officine Meccaniche of Ponte Nossa aims to create a quality management System that tends to zero defects in all areas of the company, according to the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and to what specifically required by IATF 16949:2016, further integrating it with the requirements of UNI ESO 14001:2015.
This can only be achieved if each employee feels involved and responsible for the satisfaction of the internal and external customer, in the prevention and improvement of each process.
Environmental Sustainability
Giving priority to preventive actions, the strategy of Officine Meccaniche of Ponte Nossa is based on legislative compliance, on respect of applicable regulations and it aims to continuously improve health and safety performance in the workplace and environment. The main points are the attention to the reduction of environmental impact and of the risks in the study of each process, the application of environmentally friendly technologies, the attention to prevent all forms of pollution and accidents in daily activities. This is possible sharing responsibility for the implementation and the maintaining of Management System with the entire company organization, each according to its own competences.
The company is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001/2002 and from 2008 according to ISO/TS 16949:2009. Tutti i nuovi prodotti sono sottoposti ad accurate analisi preliminari (FMEA), piani di controllo, analisi di capacità macchina e processo (Cm –Cmk - Cp – Cpk), analisi ReR per gli strumenti di misura, per poter fornire un prodotto con PPAP di livello 3. Officine Meccaniche di Ponte Nossa vuole realizzare un sistema di qualità che tenda a zero difetti; questo obiettivo è realizzabile solo a condizione che ogni dipendente si senta coinvolto e responsabilizzato nel perseguire, con costanza e convinzione, la soddisfazione totale del CLIENTE.
